AGENDA

1. To approve the Syllabus & Regulations for UG Courses B.Sc (CS), B.Sc CS (AI&DS) with minor changes. To approve BCA, M.Sc (CS) and MCA to follow Periyar University Syllabus for the academic year 2025–2026 onwards.
2. To approve the changes of question pattern as:

   Part A	10 × 1 = 10 (Objective type)
   Part B	5 × 5 = 25 (Either or choice)
   Part C	5 × 8 = 40 (Either or choice)
   Total	75 Marks

3. To approve the inclusion of Skill Enhancement Course-1 as Web Designing for B.Sc (CS), B.Sc CS (AI&DS) instead of Fundamental of Information Technology.
4. To add new topics in the subject of Data Structures for B.Sc CS (AI&DS) changes in Unit I as Introduction to Data Structures – Types – Operations – Abstract Data Type (ADT).
5. To swap the units in the prescribed syllabus Data Structure and Algorithms for B.Sc (CS) in 2nd Semester (5th unit as 3rd, 3rd unit as 4th unit and 4th unit as 5th unit).
6. To approve the interchange of semester for Internship programme, from 3rd Semester to 5th Semester for B.Sc (CS), BCA and B.Sc (CS-AI&DS) courses.
7. 7.1) To ratify the implementation of Naan Muthalvan course in 2nd semester for the academic year 2024–2025.
   
   7.2) To approve the Naan Muthalvan course in 3rd semester as Office Fundamentals (Excluded CS, BCA, B.Sc (CS-AI&DS)) for the academic year 2025–2026 onwards.
   
   7.3) To approve the Naan Muthalvan course in 3rd semester as Cyber Security (only B.Sc (CS), BCA, B.Sc (CS-AI&DS)) for the academic year 2025–2026 onwards.
   
   7.4) To approve the syllabus of General Awareness course in 3rd semester for courses (B.Sc (CS), BCA and B.Sc (CS-AI&DS)) for the academic year 2025–2026 onwards.
